More exciting news coming out of the medical community this month! A second pilot study into the effectiveness of penile extender devices has now been completed and approved for publication. The results? Penis extenders (a.k.a. penis traction devices, a.k.a. penile stretchers) do, in fact, work. While this hardly comes as a surprise for those of us who have been actively endorsing these devices for years, it is still somewhat gratifying to see this method of natural penis enlargement begin to gain the recognition that it so rightly deserves.

Back in July we reported on a newly released study regarding the efficacy of penis extenders. Not only did this trial conclude that these devices were effective at correcting penile curvature (the primary objective of the study), it also noted that an actual increase in penis size was observed. While this important fact was only briefly mentioned, it did not escape our attention that the scientific community had just validated a non-surgical method of penis enlargement.

The Latest Penis Extender Study

A new study has now emerged that focuses solely on the effectiveness of these devices in the treatment of 'short penis' – in other words, do they actually help to make a man's penis larger? Published in the BJU International Journal, this pilot phase-II prospective study was conducted by urological researchers from the University of Turin in Italy. The goal was to attain scientific evidence to support the potential clinical utility of penile extenders in the treatment of patients with inadequate penile dimensions.

"After 6 months the mean gain in length was significant, meeting the goals of the effect size, at 2.3 and 1.7 cm for the flaccid and stretched penis, respectively. No significant changes in penile girth were detected. The EF domain scores improved significantly at the end of study…"

What This Means For Men Everywhere

The outcome of this study has proven, without a doubt, that these devices will actually increase penis size. In addition, regular use will also improve the quality of erectile function (EF) as well.

The absence of significant improvement in girth dimensions is a little surprising since most users tend to report an increase in thickness of the shaft. This however might be attributed to the apparent lack of ancillary techniques – I see no reference in the report to any accompanying penis exercises. It would be exciting to see the results of the study if it were to include both an extender device and penile exercise techniques such as comes standard with programs like SizeGenetics.

My Thoughts

To be perfectly honest, the release of this new study impacts me on many levels. For one, I am very excited for all the men out there unhappy with the size of their penis. This no longer needs to be an issue when the tools necessary to improve themselves are now readily available.

On a more admittedly selfish level, I am extremely pleased by the validation these findings give me personally. Over the years my detractors have launched one attack after another against me for what they could not bring themselves to accept as fact – that naturally increasing penis size is possible. Most recently I faced harsh criticism on my coverage of the previous penis extender pilot study over what some concluded to be "my own interpretation" of results. My defense, which still remains, is that I know how to read and I know what was stated in those findings.

With the release of this study, there is no room for mistake in interpretation, there are no general vagaries regarding outcomes. This study had one goal over all; to determine if the size of the penis could be increased through the use of a penile extender device. The results speak for themselves, with a resounding "Yes!!"

Ultimately everyone has there own opinion when it comes to the topic of penis size. For some it doesn't matter. That's fine, you probably don't need to use the resources of our website.
